Bound in color-printed spiral bound paper-covered boards. 8.75 by 11.5 inches; 24 pages.  The illustrated pages have tabs of thumb wheels to create animations of running, sawing, rolling eyes , etc.. Bright and clean; minor bit of rust on the inner covers from the metal spiral binding. All mechanicals intact and working. Previous owner’s name hidden under white-out.  Uncommon is this condition.
