A defining work of modern literature and one of the greatest dystopian novels of the 20th century, Fahrenheit 451 is Bradbury’s searing critique of censorship, mass conformity, and the suppression of intellectual freedom.

Originally published in a limited run by Ballantine Books, the novel quickly became a cornerstone of speculative fiction, often regarded alongside 1984 and Brave New World. Mugnaini’s striking artwork, which adorns both the dust jacket and later illustrated editions, played a crucial role in shaping the book’s enduring visual legacy.
