Original copperplate engraving of The Battle of Petrovaradin (Piterwaradin) in 1716. The foreground shows the battlefield during the battle of Petrovaradin, while in the back, there are formations of Austrian and Turkish armies. The battle took place during the first Austrian-Ottoman war in the 18th century, and it ended with a great Austrian victory.
