This set includes 3 different hardcover novels inscribed by the author, Jean Shepherd to “Big old Al”.

Big Al was a character referenced in one of Shepherd’s books, A Fistful of Fig Newtons.

In God We Trust All Others Pay Cash, the story of “Red Ryder Nails the Cleveland Street Kid” was adapted into the famous film “A Christmas Story” and became known throughout America.

This set contains three historical association copies that are all first editions, inscribed by Jean Shepherd himself.
